Track Identity Changes with Identity History tab
The new Identity History tab in User Profiles provides a chronological log of identifier changes, making it easier to troubleshoot identity resolution issues and validate IDSync configurations.
By showing when identifiers such as email address and customer ID were added, updated, or removed, the Identity History tab also provides a clear audit trail of identity changes for each profile.
